Fran has overall management responsibility for the Ivor Novello Awards, the Gold Badge Awards, the British Composer Awards and SongFest.
Graham Jackson| Head of Membership
Graham manages the membership department; overseeing recruitment and retention, delivering member benefits and responding to the enquiries of professional and emerging songwriters and composers.
Jamie Gilmour| Scottish Events
Jamie looks after all our members in Scotland, organising events and being our voice north of the border.

John Budding| Executive Co-ordinator
John looks after our three Executive Committees; the Songwriters, the Media and the Classical & Jazz Executives. He also looks after our CEO, Chair and Board.
Jo Viner| Publications Editor
Jo is responsible for the publication of the tri-annual magazine The Works as well as the event programmes for the awards.
Kate MacCormick| Event Coordinator
Kate coordinates all of BASCA's awards and SongFest under the guidance of the Head of Events.
Katie Eckett| Office Assistant (intern)
Katie is a music business graduate from the University of Hertfordshire and is now studying for a law degree. She is our one day per week office intern.
Michelle Murchan| Bookkeeper
Michelle is our bookkeeper keeping all invoices issued and received in line.
