Username Your username to log into the system is made up of your first initial, your surname and your membership number in smaller case. Please remove the BA at the start of your membership number and also if it begins with a zero, please do not include the zero. For example, the user name for: Joe Bloggs, membership number BA9999 will be: jbloggs9999 and, the user name for: Joe Bloggs, membership no BA0999 will be: jbloggs999 Password Your password is initially set to be the postcode we currently have on file for you. Make sure you use capital letters, and remove any spaces. For example, a postcode of: AB12 3CD will be entered in the password field as: AB123CD We strongly advise you to change your password as soon as possible, once logged into the members' area of the site, by visiting the 'Your Profile' section, clicking the 'Change Password' menu entry, and completing the form.
