Press/Communications
BASCA has many, many functions, from organising and hosting its prestigious awards shows (The Ivors, Gold Badge and British Composer Awards), through to lobbying and campaigning on songwriters and composers behalfs at UK government level and in Europe.
On the right-hand side of this page you can see some of our latest communications from our introductory letter to Minister for Communication, Culture and the Creative Industries Ed Vaizey, the launch of BASCA's digital label Academy Recordings, the launch of our budding songwriters festival through to the BBC Trust submissions for BBC 6Music and Radio 3 in 2010.
