57th Ivor Novello Awards - Entry Forms

BASCA invites entries in the following categories for the year 2011:

Best Song Musically and Lyrically
Best Contemporary Song
Album Award
Best Original Film Score
Best Television Soundtrack.

Presented by BASCA in association with PRS for Music, The Ivors celebrate, honour and reward excellence in songwriting and composing.  The 57th Ivor Novello Awards will recognise works released during the calendar year ending 31 December 2011.

See the attached Rules and Regulations for Entry along with the Entry Form which must accompany all submissions.

In addition there is a list of all eligible films for the 'Best Original Film Score' category, for your reference.
