Join As A Member - Application Form

Standard membership of BASCA is open to any emerging music writer who is a provisional member of PRS for Music, or has equivalent status with an alternative royalty collection society.   If you are not currently a member of any collection society, please contact  the Membership Manager on the Contact Us page for further information.

Membership is £81.56 (gross) per annum & you can pay here by completing the form below, and using the Worldpay payment page that follows.  If you are self-employed your membership fee will count as an allowable business expense.
Please note that a change in VAT rules for membership organisations means 50% of the fee is now zero rated, so for accounting purposes £75.00 net + £6.56 VAT = £81.56.

If you prefer to spread your payments you can pay by quarterly Direct Debit at only £20.39 per quarter.

    You are represented within the Academy by an Executive Committee of 12 writers. As a member you are eligible for 1 vote within the Academy's electoral process - this includes the Executive elections, which are held every 3 years.
