Launched in late October 2008, UK Music is a new umbrella organisation representing the collective interests of the UK's commercial music industry, from artists, musicians, songwriters and composers, to major and independent record labels, managers, music publishers, studio producers and collecting societies.

Partnerships with other European organisations are forming an increasingly important part of the political activities of BASCA.  To explain our alliances the following forms a brief outline to the main alliances we have helped to found.
